Rich of the FBI, in part: "In confirmation of Bureau teletype dated May 4, 1943, you are hereby directed to proceed to the Washington Field Division, public business permitting, and report to the Special Agent in Charge for assignment. In the event any expenses will be incurred by you in the transfer of your household furniture and personal effects in connection with this transfer, it is desired that the Bureau be furnished immediately with the approximate cost involved. This information is essential for budget and appropriation purposes." In fine condition, with a small crease to the lower right corner.
