Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 17 x 12.5, April 9, 1914. President Wilson appoints George W. Young as "Postmaster at Coalville, in the County of Summit, State of Utah." Neatly signed at the conclusion in ink by President Wilson, and countersigned by Postmaster General Albert S. Burleson. The gold foil seal affixed at the lower left remains fully intact. Double-matted and framed with a portrait to an overall size of 28.75 x 33.5. In fine condition.
