Description

Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 20.5 x 16.5, May 3, 1923. President Harding appoints "Charles H. Albrecht, a Consul of Class five of the United States of America…as Consul of the United States of America at Bangkok, Siam." Signed at the conclusion in ink by President Warren G. Harding and countersigned by Secretary of State Charles Evans Hughes. The white paper seal affixed at the lower left remains fully intact. In very good to fine condition, with light overall creasing.
