Description

Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 17.75 x 14.75, January 13, 1896. President Cleveland appoints J. Thomas Leary as "Special Examiner of Drugs, Medicines and Chemicals, in the District of Boston and Charlestown, in the State of Massachusetts." Boldly signed at the conclusion in ink by President Grover Cleveland and countersigned by Secretary of the Treasury John G. Carlisle. In fine condition, with some thin stains along the left edge.
