Description

Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 14 x 11.75, March 4, 1954. President Eisenhower, "by and with the advice and consent of the Senate," appoints Summer Canary of Ohio as "Attorney of the United States, in and for the Northern District of Ohio." Signed at the conclusion in ink by President Dwight E. Eisenhower, and countersigned by Attorney General Herbert Brownell, Jr. The gold foil seal affixed at the lower left remains intact. Ornately archivally double-matted and framed with an inaugural photo to an overall size of 29.25 x 25.5. In fine condition.
