Signed at the conclusion in ink by President Dwight E. Eisenhower, and countersigned by Attorney General Herbert Brownell, Jr. The gold foil seal affixed at the lower left remains intact. Ornately archivally double-matted and framed with an inaugural photo to an overall size of 29.25 x 25.5. In fine condition.
