Description

Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 22.75 x 19, April 29, 1969. President Nixon appoints L. J. Andolsek of Minnesota as "a Civil Service Commissioner for the term of six years." Signed at the conclusion in ink by President Richard Nixon, and countersigned by Secretary of State William P. Rogers. The white paper seal affixed at the lower left remains intact. Affixed to a same-size mount and in fine condition, with a block of light toning from prior display.
