Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 18 x 16, April 13, 1956. President Eisenhower appoints William Theodore Corbett of Pennsylvania as “Secretary of Guam.” Signed at the conclusion by Dwight D. Eisenhower, and countersigned by Clarence A. Davis as Acting Secretary of the Interior. The lower left retains the original gold foil department seal. Affixed to a same-sized cardstock mount and in very good to fine condition, with scattered stains, one of which touches the signature.
