Classic first edition book: Lord of the Flies by William Golding. First edition. London: Faber and Faber, 1954. Hardcover bound in red cloth with original pictorial dust jacket (with "12s 6d" price on front flap), 5 x 7.5, 248 pages. Book condition: VG/G+, with a bit of fading at the head of the slightly cocked spine, a couple small tears and losses to the top of the dust jacket, and minor foxing to the jacket.
