Uncommon 5 x 7.75 albumen portrait of Victor Herbert, affixed to its original 8.25 x 11.25 mount, signed on the mount in ink, "Sincerely, Victor Herbert, April 1907," adding two musical quotations to the upper corners. The portrait is captioned by the studio, "Copyright 1906 by F. Gutekunst." In very good to fine condition, with trimmed edges, flecks of surface loss in the signature area, and toning from prior display.
