The cel, which depicts the lightning-fast ground bird gripping the handrail of a train caboose (with a sign that reads “The End”), is placed on a matching color lithograph background. Character image measures 5.75 x 7.75, with overall dimensions of 12.5 x 10.5. The lower left bears a holographic Linda Jones Enterprises seal. In fine condition.
