Original vintage glossy 8 x 10 silver gelatin news service photograph of Al Capone seated with his attorney, William F. Waugh, before testifying to the U.S. Grand Jury at the Federal Building in Chicago, Illinois, in 1929. The reverse bears editorial annotations, stamps, and an affixed caption dated March 20, 1929. In very good to fine condition, with creasing to the edges, and some loss to the corners. Encapsulated by PSA as an authentic 'Type III' photograph from 1929.
