Original vintage glossy 7.5 x 9.75 news service photograph of Al Capone standing with one of his attorneys, Michael Ahern, in a Chicago courthouse before he was convicted on five counts of income tax evasion on October 17, 1931. The reverse bears an affixed photo caption. In very good to fine condition, with a trimmed left border, and some repaired short edge tears. Encapsulated by PSA as an authentic 'Type III' photograph from 1931.
