Partly-printed DS, one page, 15.5 x 8, January 27, 1883. Stock certificate for 100 shares in the Missouri, Kansas and Texas Railway Company issued to F. M. Lockwood & Co., signed at the conclusion by Jay Gould as president. The receipt remains attached to the left side. In fine condition, with a single cancellation hole affecting the start of the signature's surname.
