Collection of approximately 20 pieces of ephemera from Mick Jagger’s 1988 Australasian Tour that featured stops in Australia, Indonesia, and New Zealand, which is highlighted by four Christmas cards, ranging in size from 4.25 x 5.75 to 6 x 8 (closed), each signed inside by both Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall.
Other items include: various tour itinerary sheets and packets, including a spiral-bond itinerary for the ‘L.A.S.H. ‘88 Tour,’ which lists travel arrangements for all stops in Australia, Indonesia, and New Zealand; a VHS tape containing the Australian TV special, ‘Deep Down Under’; a VHS tape containing a never-released compilation of ‘love scenes’ from Foxy Lady and a video montage of crew and band members from the tour, with label marked, “Mick & Susie – Love Scenes from Foxy Lady, Crew Tape – Australia”; a black Australian tour sweatshirt, no size (likely M/L); a white Australian/New Zealand tour t-shirt, size large; an Australian Tour ‘Tour Souvenir’ 12-inch promotional record of ‘Primitive Cool’ (record included); two official tour books from Mick Jagger’s 1988 Tour of Australia and New Zealand; two color 17.5 x 24 promotional posters for Jagger’s concert at the Stadion Utama Gelora Senayan in Jakarta, Indonesia, on October 30, 1988; two laminated invitations for a performance by The Brothers of Sodom, a group featuring Mick Jagger and Joe Satriani, for a concert at the Glue Pot in Ponsonby, Auckland, New Zealand, on November 3, 1988; and three laminated crew and baggage tags. In overall fine condition, with some scattered wear and creases to the Christmas cards. Accompanied by a sheet music booklet for Jagger’s 1987 album, Primitive Cool, and an original glossy 10 x 8 publicity photo of Jagger.
