Standard AFRA exclusive agency contract between Pearl Bailey and the William Morris Agency, by which the entertainer employs the agency as her "sole and exclusive Agent in the broadcasting industry within the scope of the regulations of the American Federation of Radio Artists" for the period of three years. Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Pearl Bailey and countersigned by an agent. In very good to fine condition, with a block of toning to the signed page.
