Typed memorandum as Governor of New York, signed “FDR,” one page, 8 x 10.5, State of New York letterhead, dated May 31, 1932. Memo to Arnold Koch, in part: “I find the enclosed among some papers on my return from Warm Springs. Will you have it duly filled out…Miss LeHand can get it some time when she is in New York and put it in the Safe Deposit Box.” In fine condition, with two file holes to the left edge. An uncommon FDR format mentioning his long-time mistress.
