Handsomely engraved stock certificate for 1 share (“fractions”) in the American Express Company, issued to Daniel B. Goodman. Signed at the conclusion by Henry Wells as president, William Fargo as secretary, and Alex Holland as treasurer. Double-matted and framed to an overall size of 18 x 15. In fine condition, with slightly irregular faint staining.
