Limited edition original artwork of Paul Simonon of The Clash by pop street artist Jagga, numbered 1/20, accomplished in mixed media on 27.75 x 27.75 canvas, depicting Simonon with his bass guitar as he was pictured by photographer Adrian Boot backstage at the Manchester Apollo in 1980, the words “London Calling” in green, and a rat with a paint can and brush. Signed prominently in black felt tip by Simonon. The reverse is signed by the artist, who writes “One of Twenty.” Rolled and in fine condition, with some creases and paint loss. Accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity from Jagga, a UK-based contemporary pop and street artist known for his bold, colorful works that blend graffiti aesthetics with pop culture references—especially music and album art. While his real name and full background aren’t public, he’s recognized for combining urban street style with gallery-ready pop art sensibilities.
