In overall very fine condition.
James C. Fletcher (1919–1991) served twice as administrator of NASA, from 1971 to 1977, overseeing the success of the science-oriented Apollo 'J' missions, and from 1986 to 1989, helping the agency to recover from the tragedy of the Space Shuttle Challenger accident.
