Uncommon hand-addressed and free-franked mailing envelope, 5.5 x 3.75, addressed by Jacqueline Kennedy to "Mr. and Mrs. Goddard Lieberson, CBS Building, 6th Avenue and 51st Streets, New York City," and franked in the upper right, "Jacqueline Kennedy, Air Mail." Postmarked at Sun Valley, Idaho, on December 30, 1965. In fine condition.
Goddard Lieberson (1911–1977) was president of Columbia Records from 1956 to 1971. In 1965, he produced the box set 'John Fitzgerald Kennedy… As We Remember Him,' containing two spoken-word LP records and a 241-page illustrated book commemorating the life and legacy of the great president.
