LS signed “Arthur James Balfour,” one page, 4.75 x 7.5, 10 Downing Street letterhead, no date. Conclusion of a letter signed by Balfour, in part: "point out to you that this is a very different proposition from that attributed to me by Mr. Davitt." In fine condition.
