Printed Bible verse from the Old Testament book of Isaiah, carried into geocentric orbit for 10 days during the historic Apollo 9 mission, signed and flight-certified in black ink, "Flown on Apollo 9, Rusty Schweickart." The verse, 4 x 3, reads, in full: “Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? Isaiah 43.19.” In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, which bears Schweickart’s printed signature.
