Flown double-sided cue card carried into lunar orbit aboard the Command Module America during the Apollo 17 mission, 4.75 x 6.25, stamped "Flown to lunar orb[it] aboard the Apollo 17 CM 'A[merica']," and signed in blue ink, "Gene Cernan." The thick card is dated October 13, 1972, with front and back headed "Power Loss" and "Braking Gates." The "Power Loss" side documents provisions relating to the Guidance and Navigation ("G&N") systems and Stabilization and Control System ("SCS"); the "Braking Gates" side carries a table documenting "R(nm)," "R(fps)," "Reticle Angle (deg)," and "R(ft)." In fine condition, with poor ink adhesion to the right side of Cernan's stamp.
