Japanese naval aviator and flying ace (1916-2000) of the Imperial Japanese Navy during World War II who had 28 aerial victories, including shared ones, according to official Japanese records. Glossy 10.5 x 7.75 photo of the Japanese flying ace smiling from the cockpit of his Mitsubishi fighter plane, with two other Japanese soldiers tend to a wing, signed in the lower border in black felt tip in English and in Japanese. Affixed to a slightly larger cardstock sheet and in very good to fine condition, with grainy image quality, and some creasing.
