Two limited edition hand-painted Popeye and Betty Boop animation cels, entitled ‘Flexing for Betty,’ numbered AP 42/50, and ‘Photo Op,’ numbered 200/200, both signed at the bottom in black felt tip by Myron Waldman. Both cels include their matching production drawings, which are accomplished in graphite on untrimmed 17 x 12.75 sheets of animation paper. The cels, which show Popeye flexing his bicep for Betty Boop, and Popeye, Olive Oyl, Swee'Pea, and Betty Boop posing together for a photograph, are both placed on their original matching color 13.75 x 11.75 lithographic backgrounds. Both cels bear a golden King Features seal to a bottom corner. In overall fine condition. Accompanied by two certificates of authenticity from Toon Art, Inc.
