Three limited edition hand-painted Popeye animation cels, entitled ‘Anchor Parking' (AP 23/50), ‘Orders Up’ (AP 17/50), and ‘Tales of the Sea’ (38/500), each signed at the bottom in gold ink or black felt tip by Myron Waldman. Included with the cels are their matching production drawings, which are accomplished in graphite on untrimmed 16.5 x 12.75 sheets of animation paper. The cels, which feature the characters Popeye, Olive Oyl, Swee'Pea, and Wimpy, are each placed on their original matching color 13.75 x 11.75 lithographic backgrounds. Each cel bears a golden King Features seal to a bottom corner. In overall fine condition, with some edgewear and clipped bottom corners to the ‘Anchor’ drawing. Accompanied by two certificates of authenticity from Toon Art, Inc.
