Vintage glossy 6.5 x 8.75 photo of Armstrong holding his trumpet in a half-length pose, signed and inscribed in green felt tip, "To James – Denise – Jean & Pat, from Louis Armstrong," and in black felt tip, "Ella Fitzgerald.” Collector’s notations to the reverse date the Armstrong signature to June 30, 1968, and the Fitzgerald signature to April 5, 1975. In very good to fine condition, with scattered creasing, and surface impressions on Armstrong's face from notations on the back.
