Lot of ephemera related to the life and legacy of George A. Custer, highlighted by a complete eight-page issue of The Illustrated Weekly from July 15, 1876, with a front-page story documenting Custer's life and recent death at the Battle of the Little Bighorn. Other items include: a program and souvenir ticket for the "Custer Memorial Concert" on February 11, 1907; a circa 1912 movie theater handbill advertising the film "Custer's Last Fight"; an reception program hosted by the Congregational Cadets honoring "Mrs. Gen. Custer"; and some other newspaper clippings and ephemera. In overall very good to fine condition, with chips and tears to the edges of The Illustrated Weekly.
