(Warner Brothers Studios, 1990s) Original drawing by Virgil Ross of Daffy Duck and Yosemite Sam, which shows Daffy holding a carrot and wearing a Bugs Bunny costume, with Yosemite Sam pointing his pistol in the duck’s direction, a scene inspired by the 1956 Looney Tunes cartoon A Star Is Bored. In the episode, Daffy doubles for Bugs in any slapstick routine that the studio deems too dangerous for its top star. Accomplished in graphite and colored pencil on untrimmed 12.5 x 10.5 animation paper, signed at the bottom in pencil, "Virgil Ross." In fine condition. This original drawing was done to be sold in the Warner Bros. Studio stores in the 1990s.
