Ink and ballpoint signatures of all nine justices of the Burger Court — Warren E. Burger, William O. Douglas, William J. Brennan, Jr., Potter Stewart, Byron White, Thurgood Marshall, Harry A. Blackmun, Lewis F. Powell, Jr., and William H. Rehnquist — on a yellow 9.25 x 12.5 cardstock sheet marked above, “Members of the Supreme Court of the United States – March, 1973.” In very fine condition. Accompanied by a transmittal letter from the secretary of Justice Stewart, May 11, 1973.
