Calvin Coolidge Document Signed as President

Description

DS as president, one page, 15 x 19.5, November 30, 1926. President Coolidge appoints Stewart E. Barber as a "Pay Director in the Navy, with the rank of Captain." Signed at the conclusion by Calvin Coolidge and countersigned by Secretary of the Navy Curtis D. Wilbur. The lower left retains the original blue embossed Navy Department seal. Rolled and in fine condition, with some light creasing.
