Nice felt tip signature, "Neil Armstrong,” on a white 2.75 x 3 slip of lightweight glossy cardstock, permanently affixed to the half-title page of a first edition of First on the Moon, hardcover with dust jacket, published by Little, Brown and Company in 1970. In fine condition, with some light surface scratches to the card, and a few edge tears and creases to the book's dust jacket.
