Composer (1874–1954) regarded as one of the first American composers to garner international acclaim. Partly-printed DS, one page both sides, 8.5 x 11, February 20, 1939. Agreement between Arrow Music Press, Inc. and Charles Ives, in which he assigns "all right, title and interest in and to the unpublished manuscript musical work entitled 'Sixty-Seventh Psalm.'" Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Charles Ives, and countersigned by Edith O. Ives as a witness and Lehman Engel as president of Arrow Music. In fine condition, with a few tiny edge tears.
