Vintage fountain pen signature, "Frank Sinatra," on an off-white 5 x 1.75 slip, affixed to a 10.75 x 8 scrapbook page which bears a collector's notation indicating that it was signed on May 18, 1946. Archivally double-matted and framed with a photograph under museum glass to an overall size of 26.5 x 14.75. In fine condition, with chipping to the edges of the scrapbook page, in no way affecting the signed slip. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
