Founder and president of the Hilton Hotels Corporation (1887–1979). TLS signed “Conrad N. Hilton,” one page, 7.25 x 10.5, Hilton Hotels letterhead, January 6, 1954. Letter to Stanton Griffin, in full: "We will go ahead and supply you with fifty complete sets of silver. This is a little more than you wanted, but you will need some replacements from time to time. As you suggested, we will have the name Castellana Hilton on the silver. If some of the patients think your hospital has swiped this silver from us, we won't object. Please let me have shipping instructions so that manufacturers can be notified where and how to ship the merchandise." In fine condition.
