ALS in German, three pages on two adjoining sheets, 4.5 x 7, August 13, 1898. Untranslated handwritten letter addressed from the composer’s Troldhaugen home in Bergen, Norway. In fine condition. Accompanied by an ANS from his wife, the lyric soprano Nina Grieg, penned on the reverse of a 3.5 x 5.5 postcard.
