Official program for "President Kennedy's Birthday Dinner" from the collection of Congressman Ralph Harding, organized as a post-election fundraiser by the Democratic National Committee and held at the National Guard Armory on May 27, 1961, 54 pages, 6 x 8.75, depicting key Democratic figures, listing door prizes contributed by various states, and naming the contributors, guests, and seating arrangements. Signed on a rear 'autographs' page in ink by Lyndon B. Johnson, Robert F. Kennedy, and Hubert H. Humphrey. Also signed in blue ballpoint by Speaker of the House Sam Rayburn below his image on the second page. In fine condition, with minor staining and toning to the covers.
