Partly-printed vellum DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page, 15.75 x 10, March 31, 1826. President Adams grants John N. Wadsworth of Monroe County, New York, a tract of land "in the southern District of Michigan Territory, containing Ninety three Acres." Neatly signed at the conclusion in ink by President John Quincy Adams and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. The white paper seal affixed at the lower left remains intact. In fine condition, with scattered small stains and a one horizontal fold split at the edge.
