Handwritten letter to longtime Georgia Congressman Jack Brinkley, in full: “I just saw that you planned to leave the House. I well recall we went there the same day. You have made a fine record there; and you will be missed. All the best to you in whatever lies ahead and warm personal best wishes.” In very fine condition. Accompanied by the original hand-addressed mailing envelope, which bears Bush’s stamped franking signature.
