After which you will oblige me, at your leisure, by sending me a Copy of my account. Allow me to remind you of the credit claimed by Genl. James Taylor, which, at his insistence, I presented to you…Do tell me also what is your prospect of getting a Charter from the Legislature of Penns'a. I hope it may be good.
