The report offers numerous charts, summaries, and images associated with Apollo 14's "Lunar Surface Experiments," "Lunar Orbital Experiments," "Inflight Demonstrations," "Trajectory," "Command and Service Module Performance," "Lunar Module Performance," "Pilot's Report," "Biomedical Evaluation," "Mission Support Performance," "Assessment of Mission Objectives," "Launch Phase Summary," and "Anomaly Summary."
