In fine condition. Accompanied by a transmittal letter on White House letterhead from Stephen Early, Assistant Secretary to President Roosevelt, February 11, 1937, in full: "I have much pleasure in forwarding to you herewith one of the President's cancelled checks which, I understand, you are desirous of having."
