I appreciate your kindness so very much. I am so sorry to know that you lost your husband so recently. Please accept my deepest regret. My congratulations to your grandson. He must be very happy to have his little daughter.” In fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, which bears Roosevelt's stamped franking signature.
