Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 18 x 13.5, May 25, 1898. President McKinley appoints George F. Lincoln of Connecticut as "Consul General of the United States of America at Antwerp, Belgium." Prominently signed at the conclusion in ink by President William McKinley and countersigned by Acting Secretary of State John Bassett Moore. The white paper seal affixed at the lower left remains intact. Nicely suede-matted and framed to an overall size of 26.25 x 21.5. In fine condition.
