Participation agreement between Carl Perkins, Cedarwood Publishing, and Godfather Music, in which the latter two parties “shall jointly share…in the net publisher's share of mechanical income derived from the Universal Records' Carl Perkins' recording of the musical compositions entitled ‘Hambone’ and ‘Cottontop’ for which [Perkins] created new lyrics.” Signed twice at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Perkins.
