Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 15.75 x 9.75, September 2, 1830. President Jackson grants Samuel Charles of Wayne County, a parcel of land “at Cincinnati, Ohio, containing eighty eight acres and thirty two hundredths of an acre.” Prominently signed at the conclusion in ink by President Andrew Jackson, and countersigned by acting Commissioner of the General Land Office John M. Moore. The lower left retains the original off-white paper seal. Affixed to a 19.75 x 13.75 cardstock mount and in fine condition.
