Matted and framed with an engraved portrait of Zachary Taylor (bearing a facsimile signature) to an overall size of 10.5 x 13.5. In fine condition, with light vertical creasing. Any Taylor presidential signature is quite uncommon, as he served only 16 months before suddenly passing away on July 9, 1850.
