Untranslated partly-printed DS in Dutch, signed “S. J. P. Kruger,” one page, 8 x 13.5, May 23, 1898. Document on "Door Zijn Hoogedele den Staatspresident der Z.A. Rupubliek" letterhead, signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Kruger as president of the South African Republic. In fine condition.
