Governor Reagan fixes the "the cumbersome mixed up business methods employed in the early days of the Medi-Cal program"

ALS signed “RR,” one page, 4.75 x 8.25, April 27, 1967. Handwritten draft of a letter to "Mrs. Stevens," in part: "I can't tell you how much I appreciate your unselfish attitude. There should be more citizens with your spirit of patriotism and community service. The problem you had with the Dr. was caused by the cumbersome mixed up business methods employed in the early days of the Medi-Cal program. We believe we have corrected this and we are rapidly paying the Dr.'s and druggists who have been waiting as long as two years to get paid. From now on the program will work more efficiently." In fine condition.
