Description

Signer of the Declaration of Independence from New Jersey (1713-1779). Revolutionary War–dated engraved New Jersey banknote for "Twenty Shillings," 4 x 2.25, dated February 20, 1776, issued as "No. 760," signed in ink by John Hart, Samuel Tucker, and Samuel How. Printed in Burlington, New Jersey by Isaac Collins. Encapsulated and graded by PMG as "About Uncirculated 55."
